Hanoi Housing's Charity Trip to the Association of the Blind and the Elderly in Ung Hoa District, Hanoi

Located about 20 kilometers from the center of Hanoi city, Ung Hoa district is a predominantly agricultural district with a population of mainly farmers. In recent years, the economy of the district has seen much improvement, and the living standards of the people have improved significantly. However, there are still many difficult situations, especially for the blind and the elderly.

Understanding these difficulties, Hanoi Housing Company, a partner of the Choose Love Foundation, a charity foundation of Thong Nhat Group, organized a charity trip to the Association of the Blind and the Elderly in Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city. The trip took place on January 26, 2024, with the participation of the company's board of directors and staff.

Each member received a gift package including: 500,000 VND in cash, rice, food, milk, candy, etc. In addition, the charity team also helped the members clean up the environment and plant trees.

Ms. Le Thi Lan, a member of the Association of the Blind and the Elderly, said: "I am very happy and grateful to the Hanoi Housing company staff for visiting and giving gifts to us. These meaningful gifts give us more motivation to overcome difficulties and move on in life."
