Vinhomes Metropolis

07/03/2025
Vinhomes Metropolis, which grand opened in December 2018, is a luxury condominium located in a prime location at the corner of Kim Ma Street and Kieu Giai Street, in front of the Japanese Embassy.

A "condominium" refers to a for-sale apartment building aimed at wealthy individuals. A "serviced apartment" is a fully leased apartment building finished by a Vietnamese owner for foreigners. In other words, Vinhomes Metropolis is a condominium sold to wealthy Vietnamese and some foreigners, where the owners furnish the interiors and start rental apartment management.

The landlords are the Vietnamese or foreign individuals who purchased the units. However, these owners are generally amateurs and are not skilled or experienced in "apartment management." Additionally, individual owners cannot issue "red invoices," which are official receipts in Vietnam. A "tax payment certificate" serves as a substitute for the red invoice. While some owners may avoid paying taxes, we do not engage with them. It is important to be cautious of owners who do not provide tax payment certificates.

Therefore, real estate agencies with real estate management licenses, like our company, are contacted with requests such as, "Please introduce tenants and also handle the rental management." We have seen a significant increase in these inquiries recently.

Due to its location right next to the Japanese Embassy, the building initially caused some controversy. The Vietnamese government explained that the area was originally planned to be an embassy district. However, over time, the high-rise LOTTE CENTER HANOI appeared, and then VinGroup started developing a 3.5-hectare urban area across Lieu Giai Street.

The "Kim Ma area" is rapidly expanding as a commercial district in Hanoi. The plan to build Kim Ma Station for Metro Line 3, funded by French ODA and the Asian Development Bank, right in front of Vinhomes Metropolis, has been in place for some time.

To give you a simple image, it's like a newly built luxury tower condominium in front of Shibuya Station. When comparing the concentration of Japanese residents, the Kim Ma area now surpasses Hai Ba Trung District as the top area in Hanoi. It is also a stop for the Japanese school's shuttle bus.

Vinhomes Metropolis is located in the heart of the rapidly expanding Kim Ma area in Ba Dinh District.

Who are the customers who benefit from living in "Vinhomes Metropolis"? Who is aiming for "Vinhomes Metropolis"? We will answer based on the inquiries we have received so far.

  • Customers who are new to Hanoi.
  • People who commute to suburban industrial parks by company car pickup.
  • Residents of the Kim Ma area who are not satisfied with their current apartment and want to move.
  • Single people who frequently need airport access and entertainment.
  • People who must commute to the Kim Ma or Hai Ba Trung area.
  • First time residents to Hanoi should live in a japanese friendly area such as Kim Ma.

"Meals are also part of work." I always say this. The convenience of being able to eat all categories of cuisine within walking distance. Also, there are many "excellent restaurants" that can accommodate all tastes, from meat to delicatessen. Please refer to the attached Google Map for pinpoints of nearby excellent restaurants.

Company cars used by commuters to industrial parks will definitely pass through Kim Ma. Living in the Kim Ma area will ensure you don't inconvenience your colleagues who have already been assigned there.

"Vinhomes Metropolis" is undoubtedly the newest residence in Kim Ma. Like water flowing to low places, people who have lived in Hanoi naturally choose it as their "next place to move." Also, the advantage of Kim Ma is its excellent access to the airport. Since the opening of Nhat Tan Bridge, the time between Kim Ma and the airport has been greatly reduced.

The Kim Ma area is located at the exact center of Hanoi. Commuters to Hanoi can easily access any direction, north, south, east, or west. The Japanese Embassy is located at the central point of Kim Ma, and "Vinhomes Metropolis" is right next to it.

Now, let's explain the shared facilities. The property consists of three buildings, M1, M2, and M3, which are connected by a shared terrace on the 4th floor.

The shared terrace has an "indoor pool" that only contract holders can use and a green space where small children can take a walk.

Air-conditioned indoor spaces on the 4th floor of each building have kids' rooms. Please contact Hanoi Housing for more information.
